Needle//Point

It's amazing how finding one little thing can set you off on a rampant obsession. Well, as it so happens I stumbled upon and then featured [Here!] two styles of Zalo shoes that are currently for sale on Need Supply. Way out of my brackishy low-bracket price range, I assumed they would be but a digital love affair. [Not quite 'Prada Brogue' status, but love is love all the same.]

Last night I heard the siren song of the Buffalo Exchange calling to me and I had to answer. Once upon a time I was a buyer at the Hawthorne location, so I vastly prefer shopping its far less claustophobia-inducinglocation. I had only begun to skim the shoe section when I came across.... a pair of Zalo flats! In my size! And super cute! For $12!.... Whaaaat?!

I don't know if this satiates my lust or simply drives it more... Shortly after I posted the [OG] Zalo shoes my girl Megan sent me a link to an amazing site with some of the best needlepoint shoes I have EVER seen. Like what? Feast:

Now I want everything to be needlepoint. Needlepoint jacket with matching needlepoint tie, needlepoint backpack, needlepoint turban! It's a downward spiral... [Sort of like a Grandma version of Trainspotting]
